Arthur T. Vanderbilt II is an American author, lawyer, and member of the Vanderbilt family, which was once one of America's wealthiest and most prominent families during the 19th century due to their success in the shipping and railroad industries. He should not be confused with his grandfather, Arthur T. Vanderbilt (1888–1957), who was the first Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
