Ivy Pochoda is an American novelist and essayist. She is the author of the novels Wonder Valley and Visitation Street, both of which were critically acclaimed. She has also written essays for The New York Times, The New Yorker, and The Believer, among others. Pochoda is a recipient of the Whiting Award and the American Academy of Arts and Letters Rome Prize.
