Jemele Hill

Jemele Hill is an American sports journalist and columnist who is known for her work as a co-host on ESPN's former sports talk show "His & Hers" alongside Michael Smith and for co-anchoring the network's flagship program "SportsCenter." Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her insightful commentary on sports-related issues, which often intersect with topics of race, culture, and politics. Before joining ESPN in 2006, Hill worked as a sportswriter for the Orlando Sentinel and the Detroit Free Press, among other newspapers.
