Jerry Bridges (1929-2016) was an evangelical Christian author and speaker who wrote extensively on the topics of holiness, the Christian life, and spiritual growth. He was a staff member of The Navigators ministry for more than fifty years. His best-known books include The Pursuit of Holiness, Transforming Grace, and The Practice of Godliness.
