Kotaro Isaka is a Japanese novelist known for his works of contemporary fiction. He is best known for his novel Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage, which won the prestigious Kenzaburo Oe Prize in 2014. Isaka has written several other novels, including The End of the World and The God of Peace. He is also a well-known screenwriter, having written several films and television series.
