Malka Older is a writer, aid worker, and scholar. She is the author of the science fiction trilogy Centenal Cycle, the novel Infomocracy, and the non-fiction book State of Rebellion. She is a senior policy officer at the International Red Cross, and a fellow at the Center for Science and Security Studies at Kings College London.
