Mark Dever is an American pastor and theologian who serves as senior pastor of Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, DC. He is also the president of 9Marks, an organization devoted to helping churches become healthy and biblically faithful. He has written numerous books on Christian ministry and theology.
