Martin Dugard is an American author and journalist who has written a number of books on history, adventure and exploration. He is best known for his New York Times bestselling Killing series, which includes Killing Lincoln, Killing Kennedy, Killing Jesus, and Killing Reagan. He has also written several non-fiction works, such as Into Africa: The Epic Adventures of Stanley and Livingstone and The Explorers: A Story of Fearless Outcasts, Blinding Ambition, and the Race to Discover America.
