Martin Edwards is an English crime writer, editor, and lawyer. He has written more than 20 novels in the Lake District Mystery series and the Hannah Scarlett series. He has also written several non-fiction books about crime fiction, including The Golden Age of Murder. He is the current president of the Detection Club.
