Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi is a Hungarian-American psychologist and professor best known for his work in the field of positive psychology. He is the founder and director of the Quality of Life Research Center at Claremont Graduate University and is the author of several books, including Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience. His research focuses on happiness and creativity, and he is credited with popularizing the concept of "flow" or "optimal experience."
