Natalia Ginzburg (1916–1991) was an Italian Jewish writer, playwright, and essayist. Her works often explored themes of family, solitude, and the search for meaning in life. Ginzburg wrote in a simple, direct style that was both humorous and deeply poignant. She was a two-time recipient of the Strega Prize, Italy's most prestigious literary award.
