Paul C. Bragg (February 6, 1895 – December 7, 1976) was an American health food advocate and fitness enthusiast. He was a pioneer in the wellness movement and promoted the idea of living a healthy lifestyle, including proper diet, regular exercise, and the avoidance of tobacco and alcohol. He founded the Bragg Live Foods company, which produced health food products, including apple cider vinegar and nutritional supplements. Bragg wrote several books on health, nutrition, and breathing and was an influential figure in the development of the modern health food industry. His work inspired many to embrace a holistic approach to health and well-being.
