R. S. Gwynn is an American poet and professor of English at Texas State University. He is the author of several collections of poetry, including The Drowned Man (2005) and The Colors of Goodbye (2016), as well as several critical works on literature. He is known for his witty and often humorous writing style, as well as his exploration of the complexities of human relationships.
