Roger Fisher

Roger Fisher (1922-2012) was an American lawyer, professor, and author. He was a leading figure in the field of negotiation and conflict resolution, and is best known for his 1981 book Getting to Yes, which has sold over 3 million copies. He was a professor at Harvard Law School, and the founder of the Harvard Negotiation Project.
