Cover has lightly bumped corners and some soiling on the back, front cover has what appears to be white out on its bottom edge(visible in main photo), all pages have mild tanning, a few pages have some staining on the upper margin, and 1 has a corner fold, otherwise in excellent condition, front flyleaf has writing gifting the book. The book is about the life of Hope, whose name encompasses who she is and how she lives, finding good in people and championing for those who are struggling and in need. This is a rare hard to find book in this condition
