Seems like this was a former course text; it’s written in, but nothing so major that it grabbed my attention while I was flipping through the pages. It’s mostly just question marks in the margins and some underlining, about half in pencil and half in pen, things I had to look at closer than flipping through quickly. This, of course, could still be very distracting to some, which is why I mention it at all!
