Cover has edge wear and bumped corners, binding is cracking at front/back corners but holding well. Pages are edge yellowed but otherwise clean, page 163 was dog-eared, pgs. 139 - 150 have a duplicate minor crease in upper spine corner (see last pic), very decent condition for a 124 year old book. Hard to find edition!
