Seller Description
This 48 page monograph covers the 1969 world chess championship between Tigran Petrosian and Boris Spassky. Spassky won, avenging his loss in 1966 to the same opponent. It is printed on good quality glossy paper. A former owner’s signature is on the inside front cover. There is a faint brown stain to the spine as shown in the photos, else I would consider this in like new condition. There are good quality notes, diagrams, and caricatures. It is in English descriptive notation. As of early March 2025 the lowest price on the book search engine addall.com is $12.12. By my copy and save! My original cost was three dollars, over 50 years ago!
