I remember how St James' The Book of Cold Cases spooked me out. So for Halloween month I decided to read more St James, whose jam is suspenseful murder-mystery with a little paranormal. And always with strong female protagonist/s (including non-living ones). This one hits the mark for me.

Rating this 3.75 stars, it’s a fast paced who done it/mystery/ghost story and thriller. Very well paced and well written with characters and a plot that will keep the reader engaged the entire time. Enjoyable and would recommend.
