This 1864 edition of The Pioneer Boy, based on the life theretofor of Abraham Lincoln, has 312 pages and has embossed images of the U.S. Capitol Building on the front and back hardcovers. It measures approx. 1 1/4" x 5" x 7 1/4" and is in fair condition with foxing spots and a loose cover along the outer binding. By William M. Thayer and as printed on the front page, this was published in 1864, with Twenty - First Thousand printed. It has a half dozen or so illustrations. The binding is pretty tight and some what crooked but all pages are present and intact.
