2006, St Martin’s Press, 305 pages. This appears to be a BOOK CLUB EDITION due to the size of the book. I have only found one other copy on the internet of this book in hardcover! The dust jacket is still shiny, though there is shelf rub on the back with light scratches and minor edge wear. The dust jacket has one very small torn piece (see picture). Inside, the pages are clean but yellowed from age.
