Smoke free home. There are a few pages that have yellow and pink highlights and written marks. The majority of the pages are without marks many unused pages as well. There is gray smudging on the outer edges of the pages. Creasing on the front cover spine and back cover. Book is still in good condition. Great resource. Paperback.
