One of a pair of Martha books I was gifted when we bought our house. And while they’re both beautiful books and there are many useful bits and bobs in them, I don’t live Martha’s life and so, a fair bit of the content is irrelevant for me. Dinner party? Oh, you mean nightmare? Sew tassels and pom-poms? Uhhh… Tackle problem behaviour in pets? Oh Martha, that ship has sailed for us and Lulu, the queen corgi… Anywho, a beautiful book, a wealth of knowledge and information, but in a smaller house like ours the books that make the cut have to have more relevant than non-relevant information and sadly, this one does not…for us. But maybe it does for you?
