Overall, the book is in good condition. It does show light signs of wear around the edges of the cover. There is some old water damage on the bottom corner of a few pages. No mold and does not hinder reading. The pages have no writing or highlighting. The binding is good, and there are no loose pages. Please see pictures for more details.
