This is a very interesting cookbook as it was written in 1926. . It actually says that it’s for the department of home economics. They took things really serious back then as when you read the preface  Lily had lots of advice at a very top level, lol. Apparently, Lily took her cooking very serious. The book is old, but the inside , the recipes are very filled with lots of great instructions, this book is great for people who want to see what cooking was all about back in the day.
