At first, I wasn’t quite sure what to think of Now Is Your Time. About 30% of the way in, I almost stopped reading. The beginning felt more like a collection of short stories and reflections, which didn’t immediately resonate with me. However, I’m glad I stuck with it. As the book progresses, the good stuff—the content that truly motivates and inspires—emerges in the middle and toward the end. It’s here that the author really delivers on the promise of helping readers get back on track and find their drive. Steph Gold does an excellent job transitioning from storytelling to presenting her core message, and by the end, her point becomes clear and impactful. Overall, this is a quick and uplifting read, perfect for anyone in need of a little inspiration or a gentle push to refocus their energy. While the pacing may take some patience initially, the payoff is worth it. I’d give this book 3.5 stars for its approachable style and motivational content.
