This is the almost impossible to find out of print scarce classic by the iconic legendary bodybuilder Vince Gironda. Apart from some minor cover wear it is in like new condition. This is the second printing, which is identical to the first except that the publisher Robert Kennedy (falsely)added himself as an author on the cover.
