Seller Description
'Book to Begin on Museums' by Suzanne de Borhegyi and illustrated by Leonard Kessler is an adorable vintage book published in 1962. This edition was from a school library, and does have a stamp on the flyleaf and the title page. The end sheet has a library card pocket with checkout dates stamped on it, and the back page has which libraries the book was kept stamped in it, and the withdrawn date hand written as well. While these may technically be seen as "flaws", I truly believe these are beautiful reminders of the book's life. There is some wear on the cover, but nothing out of the ordinary for a vintage book. The binding is still solid, and the pages are in great condition. This is a really beautiful vintage book. There is a call number written on the front cover. This would be a beautiful addition to your homeschool library. The illustrations are absolutely adorable and very midcentury. Book ships using media mail shipping option, and is wrapped beautifully and protected with bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble mailer.
