This is a great resource for those studying the chakras. I bought this from the author herself! She's wonderful! At one point in my studies I added plastic tabs at each chakra's chapter to make it easier to flip to. You can add your own titles as the plastic tabs are easily changed to fit your style. This personalized study companion will surely become a good friend along your journey your healing journey. The book is very gently used. It's been to so many classes now and carries the energy of loving to learn and it does show evidence of being well loved. The spine cracked a bit at the chapter introducing the chakra of fire. That's no accident, fire is well known for acting out, and there is evidence now that the fire chakra is definitely alive and vibrant. I hope this book fills you will magic as it did for me.
