Use for scrapbooking, collage, etc. Size is approx. 4 1/2" x 3 5/8”, page count 426. Condition of book is poor. The cover is faded. The front and back covers show edge wear and damaged corners . The binding is secure with exception of page 365, this page is present but is loose. Pages 79 through 96 show signs of nibbling (?) on the edges. A few pencil marks on the inside front page. The rest of the pages are a bit brittle with age but otherwise in nice shape. — I’m not a professional book grader, and these older books may have additional small marks or flaws that are not mentioned here.
