Bought at yard sale, read, and not interested in keeping. Fair condition. The book has a slight tilt to the spine from previous readings but the binding is well intact. The pages themselves are clean, stain free and tear free but the out edges have staining and some coffee and water stains. (Pictures included). Back cover has a few stains as well.
