My first book purchase was in 1958 at Oswald’s Pharmacy in Naperville, Il. “Guadalcanal Diary” by Richard Tregaskis. The War in the Pacific soon caught my attention and history became a passion. By the time i graduated college in ‘73, a library of 4000+ books graced my library. While in Korea a flood hit our house destroying most of the books. Flash ahead to the present time and we have acquired thousands of books. We have many advanced readers copies which are highly collected by fans of a specific writer.
