Del Sroufe is an American chef, author, and plant-based cooking instructor who is best known for his cookbook, Forks Over Knives—The Cookbook, which he co-authored with T. Colin Campbell and was featured in the documentary Forks Over Knives. He is the author of several other books, including The China Study Cookbook, Better Than Vegan, and The Forks Over Knives Plan. He is the founder of Wellness Forum Foods, a plant-based meal delivery service.
