Definitely a well loved used book, has some old taped spots on it from being at a library, bought from thriftbooks, and it was probably used from someone else in the past before that! I bought this books thinking it'd be more about Reiki energy work, but it's never called that in the book and its much different, just talks about energy in general and how to channel it.
