Overall, the book is in good condition. Shows small signs of wear around the edges of the cover, mostly near the bottom. Has some smudging on the cover from being on a shelf. The binding is good and has no loose pages. The pages are clean and have no writing or highlighting on them. Please see pictures for more details.
