A different and strange noir novel set in North Africa during the early 70’s. I’m surprised this book doesn’t have a cult following since it has a unique structure to it. If it was a movie, think David Lynch with a smattering of Quentin Tarantino. It’s a bit long in length but the reading is a pleasure since it’s well written and briskly paced.
